Been quiet - soon be back talking about PR

I have been quiet over the last few weeks as the UK General Election closed in on us. 

It became clear to me that my posts were going to move from a comment on PR and become more about comment on politics.  That is probably not a good route to go for a PR and public affairs consultant. 

One of the key elements of good public affairs is to observe and understand the process, but not to get involved.  Just as the PR practitioner hopes to avoid becoming the story.

However this is the day of the General Election and we will soon find out what the result will be.

I hope to soon put away the campaigns, and get back to commenting on PR.
